Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site, 5 days a week)

Compensation: $160,000 – $300,000 base salary + equity

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to gain product insights and solve real-world problems.
• Design and build features from scratch, moving from problem identification to execution.
• Develop across the full stack, including backend systems for large-scale data and intuitive frontend workflows.
• Build agent frameworks that automate complex manual security tasks.
• Collaborate in a high-velocity, dense team environment with regular feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
• Proven experience shipping products that users actually used.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a strong bias toward action.
• Deep understanding of customer and business success metrics beyond just code.
• Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering.
