Product Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design workflow primitives for creating, tracking, and completing work.
• Build AI-powered product flows with usable, predictable, and reliable outputs.
• Define user interactions for managing workflows from initiation through completion.
• Create product feedback loops that improve workflows through real usage.
• Handle messy real-world inputs and ensure consistent system behavior.
• Expand the platform with workflows, integrations, and new ways to complete work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience in product-focused software engineering.
• Comfort working across the stack with TypeScript, Node, and React.
• Experience building and shipping product features or systems end-to-end.
• Strong product judgment and attention to how users interact with software.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into real, shipped features.
• Ownership, speed, and willingness to iterate based on real usage.
