Staff Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own complete product surfaces from conception through production, including backend systems, frontend interfaces, and AI integrations.
• Ship production AI products that automate complex workflows for thousands of service businesses.
• Design product architectures and robust systems capable of scaling to 100x current usage.
• Make product, technical, architecture, infrastructure, and tooling decisions that support business growth.
• Work directly with customers and leadership to identify problems, define strategy, and deliver high-impact product capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering, product quality, and user experience standards through technical leadership and reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product engineering experience shipping customer-facing products end-to-end.
• Deep full-stack experience and the ability to independently build complete product experiences.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale, ideally as a founding or early engineer.
• Expert coding fundamentals, strong technical judgment, and experience making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
• Production experience shipping AI/ML products that customers depend on.
• Willingness to work on-site in Manhattan and engage directly with customers during field visits.
