Aseptic Filling Technician I (Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Perform Fill Finish manufacturing operations in Grade A (ISO Class 5) and Grade B (ISO Class 7) sterile environments.
• Operate equipment for vial washing, depyrogenation, mixing, and capping, using HMIs and computerized systems.
• Prepare cleanrooms and components, execute batch activities, conduct in-process sampling, and transfer materials throughout the production area.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, housekeeping, and daily walkthroughs to support GMP compliance and personnel safety.
• Document manufacturing activities according to SOPs, work instructions, cGMPs, and other safety standards.
• Identify and escalate defects, deviations, equipment issues, and improvement opportunities to management.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions accurately under close supervision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
• Ability to recognize routine process or equipment issues and consult management on appropriate actions.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts, including weekends and occasional extended hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, push and pull vial racks, and work in cleanroom environments with full sterile gowning and PPE.
• Hepatitis A and B vaccination, pre-employment medical examination, eye examination, and color-blindness testing are required.

Nice to have

• Science degree or technical diploma in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical training.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to aseptic technique, sterile filling operations, cleanroom procedures, or gowning requirements.
