Filling Operator (Afternoon Shift)

Location: Alliston, Ontario, Canada; onsite, afternoon shift Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00 EST

Salary: $26.55 CAD per hour, plus a possible shift premium

What you will do

• Perform rotating line duties including filling IV solutions into bags of various sizes.
• Visually inspect IV bag assemblies for fill volume, air volume, codes, expiration dates, lot numbers, and other quality characteristics.
• Weigh filled bags using scales and perform quality checks throughout the process.
• Place bags into protective over-wrap, operate sealing equipment, and load sealed assemblies onto sterilizer trays.
• Document rejected products and rework bags when necessary.
• Apply SOPs, cGMP requirements, and 6S principles while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; proof will be requested.
• Ability to pass an ergonomic assessment and perform the essential job duties.
• Experience performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment, preferably in food or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work in an assembly-line setting with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required and use required personal protective equipment.
