Maintenance Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: CAD 24.43–42.74 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Install, assemble, dismantle, and relocate research and process equipment.
• Perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance in laboratory and production environments.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and plumbing systems.
• Support analytical troubleshooting and identify equipment or process irregularities.
• Develop practical solutions to equipment and process malfunctions while identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Update CMMS records, repair histories, and spare-parts information.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education diploma.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to maintain equipment safely and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• cGMP experience.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
