hirify.global is a seed-stage company building infrastructure to support production AI deployments across multiple customer environments.

What you will do

Maintain and scale multi-tenant infrastructure for production AI systems.
Develop reliability and cost control mechanisms for non-deterministic AI workloads.
Build observability tools to track performance and ground truth in live environments.
Create internal tooling to automate and leverage learnings from customer deployments.
Solve complex infrastructure problems to ensure system stability and efficiency.

Requirements

Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Expert-level proficiency in Python.
Experience with Go or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, GCP, and containerization.
Proven track record in multi-tenant production environments.
Understanding of LLM-specific infrastructure challenges like model routing, evals, and latency controls.
