AI Strategists, Business (AI Search)

Location: On-site in the NYC office, New York, United States

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build business cases connecting hirify.global platform data with customer outcomes, budget decisions, and AEO priorities.
• Develop expertise in how LLMs surface and cite content and how owned, earned, and social channels influence AI visibility.
• Translate visibility, citation, and prompt-volume data into prioritized recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Lead executive-level business reviews with CMOs, VP Marketing, and senior marketing leaders.
• Create reusable business-case frameworks, experiment methodology documents, and value-narrative decks for Sales and Post-Sales teams.
• Partner with Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and the AI Strategy team on strategic customer conversations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in top consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, post-sales solutions consulting, or strategy and operations at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Highly structured thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous briefs into clear frameworks, narratives, or data-driven recommendations.
• Comfort working directly with data, running analyses, and translating quantitative findings into executive-friendly outputs.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders and adapting to different audiences.
• Curiosity about AI search, AEO, and the evolving marketing technology landscape.
• Native use of AI tools for workflows, automation, and day-to-day projects, plus a builder mindset suited to ambiguity.
