Strategist - AI Transformation

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $166,050–$265,700 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business stakeholders and develop business cases, success metrics, ROI models, and implementation plans.
• Lead complex AI transformation programs from ideation and proof of concept through pilots, production deployment, and enterprise-scale adoption.
• Coordinate business units, technology teams, executives, consulting firms, system integrators, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, risks, adoption strategies, and investment priorities while driving alignment across a matrixed organization.
• Develop change management, AI literacy, responsible innovation, and value-realization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI or digital transformation, business transformation, program management, technology strategy, or consulting.
• Experience leading AI transformation engagements in large, global, matrixed enterprises or management consulting environments.
• Experience with AI strategy, operating model design, use-case portfolio prioritization, value realization planning, and large-scale adoption programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex transformation programs, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong business acumen, including experience building business cases and quantifying value realization.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, technology providers, and external ecosystem partners.
