Fund Administration Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based at RSU Tower, Bangkok, Thailand, with 6 days in the hirify.global office per month.

What you will do

• Lead daily investment operations, including portfolio reconciliations, security pricing, corporate actions, transaction capture, and custody and vendor data reviews.
• Oversee valuations and unit pricing, including cash and securities reconciliations, portfolio performance analysis, units on issue, and management and performance fee calculations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant investment accounting data, transactional data, unit pricing outputs, and client reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, change management, and workflow enhancements in collaboration with Technology and operational teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams across Investment Operations and Valuations & Unit Pricing while supporting recruitment and capability building.
• Manage client relationships, escalations, operational issues, and service delivery performance, maintaining at least 96% KPI performance across service lines.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing multifunctional teams in fund administration or financial services.
• At least 7 years of fund administration experience, including 3 or more years in a management capacity.
• Technical expertise in transactions, investment operations, unit pricing, and valuations.
• Knowledge of domestic and international equities, derivatives, and fixed income securities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Degree-level education, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

Nice to have

• ETF fund accounting experience.
• Experience building or transitioning operations to an offshore or nearshore hub.
• Knowledge of HiPort or similar fund accounting platforms.
• Familiarity with Australian or regional managed-fund regulations, including ASIC, APRA, or SEC requirements.
