Feeder Fund Vendor Management - Assistant Vice President

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee third-party administrators to ensure timely quarterly valuations, accurate general ledger entries, and fair-value investment accounting.
• Review fund expenses, accruals, budgets, investor allocations, capital accounts, management fees, and trailer calculations.
• Review and coordinate investor capital calls, distributions, allocation calculations, and related notices.
• Reconcile accounting data between hirify.global and third-party administrators using automated tools, and resolve discrepancies with internal and external parties.
• Monitor compliance with partnership operating agreements and liaise with underlying fund managers as needed.
• Review annual fund financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and handle ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 6–10+ years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience.
• Experience in alternative investment fund administration and operations is advantageous.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and willingness to learn new topics in an evolving business environment.

• Advanced degree or progress toward an MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation.
