Head of Fund Operations – Credit Fund (Fintech)

hirify.global is a global commerce company serving video game developers with funding, distribution, marketing, monetization, and payment services, while building a private credit fund for video game studios.

What you will do

• Drive fund formation and structuring with external counsel, including vehicle selection, jurisdiction, LPA, side letters, GP, management company, and regulatory perimeter work.
• Select and manage the fund administrator, auditor, tax advisors, banking and custody providers, and compliance vendors.
• Run capital calls, distributions, LP onboarding, KYC/AML, expense management, cash controls, valuation, NAV oversight, borrowing-base mechanics, and leverage facility administration.
• Build quarterly ILPA-aligned reporting, capital account statements, LP communications, DDQ responses, and operational due-diligence materials.
• Establish valuation, allocation, conflicts, ESG, and AML policies, coordinate regulatory filings and audits, and maintain documented controls and audit trails.
• Codify the operating playbook, then build and mentor the junior operations team and integrate it with finance and legal.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fund operations, fund CFO, or fund controllership roles at private credit or other private capital funds.
• Experience taking at least one private fund from formation through first close.
• Deep knowledge of LPA terms, fund administration, capital call mechanics, and ILPA reporting standards.
• Hands-on operational approach, strong documentation and controls discipline, and commercial judgment in provider selection and fee negotiations.
• Clear communication skills for explaining fund mechanics to investors, borrowers, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.

• Experience with leverage facilities, borrowing bases, loan administration, and asset-level reporting.
