What you will do
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AMAT Mirra and Ontrak DSS-200 toolsets.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Execute consumable changes and maintain equipment performance according to safety protocols.
- Analyze operational data and equipment alarms to create effective action plans.
- Interface with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability requirements are met.
- Document maintenance activities and provide training to other team members.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona.
- Must be physically capable of standing for up to 12 hours, stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work a compressed shift (days or nights).
- Solid understanding of SPC, 5s, and FDC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to use root-cause problem-solving techniques.
- Associate degree in electronics or mechanical discipline, or equivalent experience/military training.
