What you will do

• Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure precision and quality.
• Conduct measurements to control critical dimensions and reduce process defectivity.
• Implement process modifications to improve operational efficiency, safety, and cost-performance.
• Expand manufacturing capacity and facilitate global technology transfers to other manufacturing sites.
• Execute equipment maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement activities to meet yield goals.
• Lead equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes (internships and projects included).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem-solving.
• Technical skills in mechanical design, electrical circuitry, and tools like Python, SQL, or JMP.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kulim, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA.
• Experience with scripting tools such as Power BI or SQL Pathfinder.
• Hands-on experience in test engineering or product development services.
