What you will do

• Own execution activities for assigned product segments and customers to ensure demand alignment.
• Monitor material readiness, inventory health, and supply continuity across the supply chain.
• Support factory output, capacity planning, and the development of execution dashboards.
• Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans to closure to meet customer commitments.
• Support new product introductions, transitions, and business ramps in a high-volume environment.
• Develop standardized business processes to enable organizational scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or factory operations.
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with SAP or equivalent business systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kulim, Malaysia
