What you will do

• Support production planning, new product introduction, and manufacturing execution initiatives.
• Analyze production data and develop reporting tools to improve delivery performance and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering, Integration, Planning, and Line Control teams on product launches and factory readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Available to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work with production data, reporting tools, and manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
