What you will do

  • Review and analyze SPC/FDC charts according to CAS and SOP requirements.
  • Review setup data and release manufacturing tools in line with approved procedures.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and provide accurate pass-downs for tool and process inhibits, lot disposition, line issues, and documentation.
  • Support engineers in qualification, process improvement, new process, and new equipment qualification activities.
  • Coordinate with process, equipment, manufacturing, maintenance, technician, and other module teams to meet operational objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on process robustness, cost efficiency, and capacity.

Requirements

  • Diploma in electrical, electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, microelectronics, chemical process engineering, chemistry, or physics.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, initiative, and accountability skills.
  • Availability for 12-hour shift duties with day/night rotation.
  • Flexibility to support overtime.
