What you will do

• Clean, standardize, and maintain CRM records and data structures.
• Support reporting for C-level executives and keep sales data reliable.
• Research target accounts and prepare outbound initiatives.
• Create and maintain offer and proposal templates.
• Build a structured presentation library with reusable slide modules and versioning.
• Organize case studies and documentation and support operational tasks that improve sales execution.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in business, economics, data and analytics, marketing operations, or a related field, or comparable early-stage experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to perform structured operational work.
• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets and interest in CRM systems.
• Ability to research quickly and summarize stakeholder needs, pain points, and context clearly.
• Organized, proactive working style with the ability to identify gaps and follow through on improvements.

• Experience with HubSpot.
