What you will do

• Review logistics costs, insurance premiums, and other bills, identify discrepancies, and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Manage accounts receivable aging, payment progress, collection strategies, and bad debt monitoring.
• Analyze settlement-process pain points and drive system improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
• Monitor contract terms, settlement documents, fund flows, and compliance risks.
• Prepare settlement analysis reports and use data modeling to identify operational risks and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with business and technical departments, provide financial training and data support, and resolve process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience with order-to-cash, accounts receivable, billing reconciliation, or settlement processes.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies, receivables data, settlement performance, and bad debt causes.
• Understanding of financial policies, contract terms, settlement documentation, and compliance controls.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical departments on process and system improvements.
