Vice President of Order-to-Cash & Revenue Operations

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office position. Travel requirement: 10–15%.

What you will do

• Lead the long-term strategy and scaling of hirify.global’s integrated global Order-to-Cash organization.
• Build automated contract-to-revenue pathways and AI-driven commercial workflows.
• Set technical revenue recognition treatments for complex transactions under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, and lead accurate revenue close operations.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to optimize CPQ, quoting infrastructure, and Deal Desk operations.
• Modernize enterprise credit risk policies and collection strategies to reduce DSO and past-due exposure.
• Oversee centralized cash applications, ERP lockbox logic, and remittance parsing across global legal entities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, and technical revenue compliance in global leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SaaS, consumption- and usage-based models, enterprise software, and hybrid subscription architectures.
• Technical mastery of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition frameworks and audit compliance.
• Experience with enterprise systems, CPQ tools, and order management platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Active CPA license or MBA.
• Experience transforming fragmented commercial operations into automated, data-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience improving high-volume cash-application auto-match rates and CPQ-to-ERP data flows.
