Credit & Collections Analyst (Collections)

Location: Cork, Ireland; hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days onsite

What you will do

• Evaluate, investigate, and collect outstanding accounts receivable in line with quarterly cash-collection targets.
• Act as the primary contact for accounts-receivable inquiries, requests, and issues across an assigned AMR and EMEA customer portfolio.
• Own customer queries and disputes from investigation through resolution, including interactions through customer portals.
• Use collection and negotiation techniques to maximize cash flow and improve the customer experience.
• Analyze payment behavior, data trends, and root causes, and provide management reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, and Credit Risk teams on payment barriers, fiscal close procedures, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in Collections or an Order to Cash role within a large organization.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage large amounts of data, and present analysis clearly to management.
• Experience with Oracle R12 or ERP systems and excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Cork, Ireland, with at least 2 days onsite.
