Order to Cash Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage the full invoicing process for clients in France, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Drive cash collection by monitoring overdue balances and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt.
• Execute payment allocation and keep financial records up to date.
• Maintain reporting in cash collection tools and optimize order-to-cash processes.
• Provide high-quality support while meeting JIRA response-rate SLAs for internal and external queries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operational finance, ideally in a startup or B2B platform environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial tools.
• Bilingual-level English and French required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to communicate professionally with varied stakeholders.
