What you will do
- Manage specific Beauty sales ledgers within the overall group structure.
- Chase overdue debtors, manage customer credit limits, and control sales orders placed on credit hold.
- Produce accurate credit insurance reports and provide weekly dashboard information.
- Resolve customer disputes, deductions, debit notes, write-offs, and cash allocation requests in partnership with Accounts Receivable.
- Support month-end reporting and close-down procedures, including bad debt provisions and debtor reporting.
- Work with Sales divisions and internal Finance functions to provide customer support and meet team targets.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of Credit Control and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Previous Credit Control experience in a fast-paced, multifunctional Finance environment.
- Experience working in a Shared Service Centre.
- Office IT literacy, preferably including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Sage or another ERP system.
- Fluent English, verbal and written, is required.
Nice to have
- French, Spanish, or German language skills.
- Understanding of basic Credit Control practices.
- Strong attention to detail and confident communication by telephone and email.
