Cash Operations Analyst (Finance): Executing and controlling cash-related activities, payment runs, reconciliations, and reporting in a global enterprise software environment with an accent on treasury operations, financial controls, and working capital analysis. Focus on investigating cash discrepancies, supporting month-end close and audits, improving processes, and maintaining accurate ERP and banking records.
Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work opportunities are available.

What you will do
- Execute and control cash-related activities, including payment runs and recording cash inflows and outflows.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger cash entries against bank transactions.
- Investigate cash-related queries and discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze aged debtor and creditor balances to support working capital management.
- Support month-end close, internal and external audits, and monitoring of late payment charges.
- Contribute to process improvements, cost optimization, system testing, and process documentation.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience working in global environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with MS Excel mandatory.
- Experience using ERP applications and understanding of internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
- Experience with account reconciliations, substantiations, structured workflows, and financial control processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder management ability.
Nice to have
- Awareness of local tax requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
