Lead Product Owner - S&OP Order Planning

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for S&OP and Dealer Order Planning digital platforms.
• Align digital products with demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and enterprise planning goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Lead UAT, product lifecycle management, service-level improvements, issue resolution, and operational stability.
• Drive user training, adoption, forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, and order planning outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis, critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Extensive experience designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of the software product lifecycle, user adoption, change request management, software engineering practices, and problem management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead cross-functional product delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate with executives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
