Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4β5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, company events, and occasional business travel are required. The role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
Salary: $160,000β$192,500 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

is developing electrified, digitally enabled rugged SUVs and pickup trucks, including all-electric and range-extender powertrains.
What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and product outcomes for the Integrated Business Planning platform.
- Define the integrated planning artifact covering demand, production, procurement, supplier constraints, capacity, inventory, financial impacts, scenarios, risks, decisions, and actions.
- Manage backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature validation, and agile delivery priorities.
- Partner with IT and data teams on requirements, architecture, data flows, integrations, reporting, access, testing, and support.
- Align Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders around priorities, assumptions, constraints, and outputs.
- Establish data governance, scenario logic, change control, version management, executive dashboards, adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product ownership or management, supply chain or operations planning, S&OP/Integrated Business Planning, business systems, analytics, or transformation.
- Strong understanding of demand and supply planning, capacity and procurement constraints, inventory, financial implications, scenario planning, and executive decision forums.
- Experience managing software products and using backlog management, sprint planning, agile delivery, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with data flows, KPIs, large datasets, planning assumptions, scenario models, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and monitoring.
- Experience with planning tools such as APS, ERP, or custom solutions, ideally across a multi-team and multi-channel environment.
- Bachelorβs degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or operations is preferred.
Nice to have
- Automotive or complex-manufacturing experience, including long-lead procurement, bills of materials, capacity ramp-up, supplier allocation, and plant constraints.
- Experience with planning systems, ERP platforms, BI platforms, or agile product delivery.
