What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure alignment on goals.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure features deliver maximum business value.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product vision and roadmap planning while balancing business priorities and technical dependencies.
• Monitor sprint progress, remove impediments, and define KPIs to measure product success and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Scrum Lead.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Strong proficiency in Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Ability to drive product strategy and roadmap execution.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for onsite work.
