Agile Product Owner

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of assigned ambulatory healthcare products.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlogs using client feedback, business priorities, and organizational goals.
• Gather and document business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, personas, journeys, and use cases.
• Define minimum viable product features and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness, product communication, documentation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience; three to five years in product ownership, business analysis, or a related role preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience developing user personas, user journeys, use cases, user stories, release notes, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Experience creating, interpreting, and using dashboards, metrics, and performance data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; a relevant degree is preferred.
