Senior Commercial Strategy & Transformation Manager

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $192,000–$307,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that accelerate growth and operational efficiency across the Commercial Line of Business.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, identify workflow bottlenecks, and drive automation and AI adoption.
• Analyze commercial performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to provide executive-level recommendations.
• Build financial models, ROI assessments, and sensitivity analyses for transformation initiatives.
• Program-manage large-scale cross-functional transformation efforts and drive stakeholder alignment and organizational adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity, tech strategy, or business operations.
• Experience leading strategic transformations, commercial excellence initiatives, operating model design, or business operations in B2B technology.
• Advanced financial modeling, ROI analysis, quantitative problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise-wide program management, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in accordance with company policy, except during PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
