Salary: $34.52–$46.00 per hour

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and optimize system software, engineering tools, utilities, and applications.
• Build operating systems, compilers, networking tools, databases, Internet applications, data pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Develop and debug embedded firmware using low-level programming languages, including C, C++, and assembly.
• Define system requirements, evaluate hardware and software compatibility, and integrate multiple subsystems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to improve product performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing technical skills through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects using one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, Go, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with software development fundamentals, debugging, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, or computer engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and collaboration skills.
• Approximately 0–2+ years of relevant professional experience is typical for this early-career program.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git, Linux, IDEs, Microsoft Office, or other common software development tools.
• Interest in storage technologies, semiconductors, embedded systems, cloud computing, AI, or data analytics.
