Senior Construction Program Manager, EHS

What you will do

• Lead on-site Construction Safety Specialists across multiple utility-scale energy storage projects in the United States.
• Coordinate site-specific safety plans with customers, general contractors, and self-perform teams, and ensure execution at the site level.
• Develop EHS improvement strategies focused on injury reduction, fatality prevention, and safety culture.
• Oversee audits, inspections, engagement activities, safety equipment readiness, and project EHS program alignment.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and required safety training.
• Evaluate subcontractor safety programs, analyze trends, and present project safety progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of construction EHS experience.
• Associate’s degree in construction safety management or a related field with relevant experience, or CHST certification or equivalent with four years of construction safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction site equipment, methods, processes, and applicable Federal and State OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification obtained within the last five years.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify project safety risks, recommend mitigation, and travel up to 30% with occasional nights and weekends.
