Corporate Security Specialist

What you will do

• Perform scheduled, routine, and random patrols of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and life-safety systems, reporting irregularities.
• Control and document site access, including visitor processing, credential checks, and contractor verification.
• Respond to security, safety, and medical incidents, providing basic first aid, evacuation assistance, and scene control.
• Complete incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation accurately.
• Maintain issued equipment and support site operations, special events, and high-visibility activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to follow post orders, safety requirements, company policies, and escalation procedures.
• Ability to assess incidents, remain calm under pressure, and make sound decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including accurate report writing and shift handoffs.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended hours.

Nice to have

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, emergency response, or industrial security experience.
