People Operations Manager (SaaS)

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance programs.
• Own the HR technology stack, improving system performance and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as benefits enrollment, performance management cycles, and policy implementation.
• Audit HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements.
• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, compensation, and policy interpretation.
• Use people analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and support business decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from design through completion.
• Deep expertise in at least two areas: benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, or employee relations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to influence decisions.
• Expertise in California and federal employment law and company-wide compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Advanced proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, or BambooHR.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
