HR Lead (SaaS)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 total cash annually, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is a Series B SaaS company building an AI-driven event marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses measure, optimize, and improve event-based growth.

What you will do

• Own people operations from onboarding through development, performance, compliance, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Design onboarding, engagement, performance review, feedback, and career development programs.
• Coach managers, mediate conflicts, and handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and fairness.
• Administer and improve compensation, benefits, equity, and benchmarking programs.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, headcount decisions, and compensation strategy.
• Manage the HRIS and people technology stack, track people metrics, and turn insights into retention improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, without recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology startup; early or solo HR hire experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states, including New York.
• Experience building HR programs, policies, and compliance documentation from scratch.
• Strong judgment in employee relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
• Experience as an early or solo HR hire.
