Analyst Senior, Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis for cybersecurity requirements across applications, infrastructure, networks, controls, and operational processes.
• Identify cybersecurity risks, control gaps, non-standard requirements, and implementation dependencies in business and solution designs.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, product managers, technical architects, delivery teams, and security specialists.
• Track risks, vulnerabilities, exceptions, security requirements, and remediation actions through to accountable ownership and closure.
• Prepare incident, risk, vulnerability, exception, control-gap, and remediation reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support client assurance activities through evidence gathering, clear responses, and status updates against cybersecurity obligations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management within technology delivery, PMO, or cybersecurity governance.
• Practical exposure to cybersecurity, technology risk, systems governance, control frameworks, and operational reporting.
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, clients, product teams, technical architects, and delivery teams.
• Strong written communication skills for governance updates, risk summaries, meeting outputs, and client-ready documentation.
• Understanding of risk, vulnerability, incident, control-gap, and remediation management processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, business analysis, project management, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar regulatory and control frameworks.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated client environments.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance tools, vulnerability management, risk acceptance, or audit evidence management.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, network security, application security, or operational resilience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, PRINCE2, or business analysis certifications.
