Focus on designing secure OT architectures, coordinating vulnerability remediation and patching, and responding to incidents across complex multi-site environments.

What you will do
- Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the OT cybersecurity uplift program.
- Assess OT systems, networks, ICS/SCADA environments, and building management systems to identify risks and remediation needs.
- Design and implement secure OT network architectures, segmentation strategies, hardening configurations, and monitoring capabilities.
- Support OT incident response, vulnerability remediation, patching, firmware updates, and secure configuration management.
- Maintain visibility of OT assets, risk posture, and control effectiveness across data centre sites.
- Collaborate with engineering, facility operations, construction, project delivery, IT security, risk teams, vendors, integrators, and contractors.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of total experience, including 2–3 years in OT security, ICS/SCADA security, or critical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, and OPC.
- Experience with OT network architectures, segmentation, BMS, EPMS, PLCs, industrial controllers, and OT asset discovery or monitoring solutions.
- Experience hardening OT systems, including Windows, Linux, HMIs, and controllers.
- Experience applying OT security frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82, plus exposure to vulnerability management and OT incident response.
- Strong communication, autonomous work, stakeholder collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity, CCNA, or similar certifications.
- Experience in data centres, utilities, industrial automation, mining, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
- Exposure to hyperscale environments or large-scale multi-site OT systems.
