Security Advisor, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Australia, Western Australia

What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments and verify alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide security recommendations and remediation guidance to improve customer security posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment with service standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Prepare service reports and statistics for customers.
• Coordinate with internal support and other teams to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Strong customer empathy and customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

Nice to have

• Incident management, CSIRT operations, change management, and malicious-code detection and response.
• Knowledge of SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, intrusion detection, and response.
• Experience with ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience advising complex clients and working across multiple teams.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
