What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of core software systems across the technology stack.
• Own architecture and set technical direction for scalable, reliable platforms.
• Build software platforms supporting machine learning, robotics, and operations at scale.
• Evolve complex production systems over time and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs.
• Lead technical discussions and align teams around system design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong programming ability and experience building large production software systems.
• Proven experience owning and evolving complex systems over time.
• Experience across backend, infrastructure, and application layers.
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions and align teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with ML platforms, data pipelines, or ML-adjacent infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with robotics or hardware-integrated systems.
• Startup experience or experience building systems from zero to production.
