Senior Pricing Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote - Canada

Annual base salary: $85,500–$105,600 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing analytics and reporting for ARPU, margins, solution and channel performance, and portfolio health.
• Analyze rate plan performance, pricing mix, commercial health, and non-standard pricing to identify revenue leakage and actionable opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategy recommendations through quantitative analysis and data modeling.
• Build self-service pricing dashboards and reporting tools with Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis to support strategic decisions and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to improve pricing data infrastructure, governance documentation, and analytical best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, or commercial finance analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills in pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development; SQL experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• High accuracy, critical thinking, organization, collaboration skills, and comfort working in a flat organization.
