Head of Product - Engagement (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $230,000–$250,000 USD per year plus a 20% bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a connected Engagement Suite covering loyalty, customer engagement, customer data, and digital experiences.
• Lead the convergence of multiple products onto a shared platform to simplify the portfolio, improve customer experiences, and remove duplicated functionality.
• Define and evolve the AI product strategy, guiding teams toward AI-powered experiences with measurable customer and commercial value.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, data, and commercial performance into product priorities and investment decisions.
• Align product, engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams around a shared vision, outcomes, and roadmap.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product opportunities, platform investments, and modern product operating models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in senior product leadership.
• Experience owning product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization across complex product portfolios.
• Background in loyalty, CRM, marketing technology, payments, hospitality, retail software, or related customer-engagement domains.
• Experience leading product convergence, platform strategies, or integration of multiple products and capabilities.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and understanding of how emerging AI technologies create customer and business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
