Compensation: $133,400 – $238,400 USD

What you will do

• Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead and manage 2–4 development teams, ensuring high performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive platform modernization, including SaaS transformation and architecture evolution.
• Lead initiatives to embed AI/ML capabilities into products and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders to prioritize work and drive execution.
• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs, security standards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technology delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or cross-functional development teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable systems design.
• Hands-on experience with modern development methodologies like Agile, Lean, and DevOps.
