Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site, with an in-person team five days per week and flexibility as needed.

hirify.global develops an agentic AI platform that detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse.

What you will do

• Build the frontend software factory and agentic coding harness that help engineers and coding agents ship polished, reliable, consistent interfaces.
• Refine the design system, design language, core componentry, and abstractions across product workflows.
• Own the UI testing framework and maintain a high quality bar through code reviews and coaching.
• Build agentic UI/UX, including chat interfaces and generative UI, for customer-facing security agents.
• Work as a Product Engineer when needed, building end-to-end products alongside the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Next.js is preferred.
• Strong product taste and design sensibility, ideally including experience building design systems.
• Experience building complex systems with coding agents and the judgment to evaluate their output.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, make trade-offs, and ship without complete specifications.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers, non-technical teammates, and customers, and working across the stack.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building B2B SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Experience with shadcn, tRPC, react-hook-form, or the Vercel AI SDK.
• Experience building agentic UI/UX or working as a designer or design engineer.
• Prior startup experience or a track record in high-ownership environments.
