HVAC Technician

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; daily travel to local properties.

Salary: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.

What you will do

• Complete HVAC repairs, replacements, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
• Serve as the HVAC expert for in-house technicians and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Conduct inspections during property turnovers and onboarding to ensure systems meet company and code standards.
• Check vendor work and help standardize best practices and scopes of work.
• Operate HVAC tools and equipment safely while following EPA regulations.
• Communicate with residents and team members, document work and recommendations, and manage inventory and supplies.

Requirements

• State-issued HVAC contractor license required.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• At least 5 years of HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and scheduling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
