BDR Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid, with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Own the BDR onboarding curriculum from initial training through the first meeting booked.
• Enable AI-native prospecting workflows using plugins, account research techniques, Claude surfaces, and agentic tooling.
• Develop pipeline-generation playbooks across segments, personas, and sales motions.
• Train BDRs on cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, qualification, products, and messaging.
• Build coaching and call-review infrastructure, identify skill gaps, and create focused interventions.
• Measure enablement impact through ramp time, activity quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution, while creating a BDR-to-next-role development path.

Requirements

• Experience in sales enablement, including experience as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
• Hands-on experience with prospecting tools and the ability to build workflows directly.
• Ability to teach and model cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, and qualification.
• Technical curiosity about AI and the credibility to discuss AI products with technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, including high-performing BDR or BDR management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and other Claude surfaces.
• Experience building onboarding programs, discovery frameworks, prospecting automations, agents, or internal tooling.
• Experience enabling BDRs across multiple segments or regions and connecting enablement to measurable pipeline outcomes.
