Quality Analyst Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, data, and microservices testing.
• Apply AI-driven techniques for test generation, defect detection, and regression selection.
• Develop observability-based quality metrics and CI/CD quality gates.
• Validate AI/ML-powered features and assess safe, correct model behavior.
• Define end-to-end quality strategies and improve testability with engineering, product, and SRE teams.
• Lead and mentor a quality engineering team through standards, code reviews, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct software quality engineering experience, including automation architecture and framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, and similar automation tools.
• Experience validating AI-enabled features such as LLMs, anomaly detection, model-driven logic, or generative workflows.
• Knowledge of testing distributed systems, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and debugging across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and cross-team influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector stores, guardrail frameworks, model evaluation, or safe AI patterns.
• Experience testing financial systems, billing engines, or analytics-heavy platforms.
• Familiarity with synthetic data generation or statistical validation for AI and data-driven testing.
