TL;DR
Senior Quality Engineer, AI and Automation (AI/QA Automation): Designing scalable automated test frameworks and validation strategies for enterprise AI products and agentic workflows with an accent on UI, API, end-to-end, reliability, and AI output evaluation. Focus on building quality gates in CI/CD, measuring AI system effectiveness, identifying risks in complex systems, and mentoring engineers across teams.

What you will do
- Define and execute quality strategies for AI-enabled products and platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Create functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability test plans.
- Develop validation approaches for AI-generated outputs and agentic workflows, covering accuracy, reliability, consistency, and safety.
- Establish quality metrics, dashboards, CI/CD quality gates, and automated testing workflows.
- Identify quality risks, mentor engineers, and drive quality engineering improvements across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, SDET, or Software Engineering.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Hands-on experience with UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks, including Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with Git.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, complex systems, and quality engineering practices.
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI-powered applications, machine learning systems, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs and validating Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Familiarity with DeepEval, LangSmith, Ragas, prompt engineering, or AI model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with AI quality gates, AI-assisted test generation, cloud platforms, containers, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading quality initiatives across teams.
