Senior Quality Engineer (AI and Automation) (AI and test automation): Define quality strategies and build scalable automated testing for enterprise AI products and platforms with an accent on UI, API, end-to-end, and AI-output validation. Focus on designing evaluation approaches for agentic workflows, integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and establishing reliability, safety, and product-health metrics.

What you will do
- Define and execute quality strategies for AI-enabled products and platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Create functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability test plans.
- Develop validation approaches for AI-generated outputs and agentic workflows, covering accuracy, reliability, consistency, and safety.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates for AI workflows.
- Establish quality metrics and dashboards, identify risks, mentor engineers, and drive quality improvements across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, SDET, or Software Engineering.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Hands-on experience with automated UI, API, and end-to-end test frameworks.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent tools, as well as CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, quality engineering, complex-system analysis, and test-framework architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI-powered applications, machine learning systems, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience with AI-output evaluation frameworks such as DeepEval, LangSmith, or Ragas.
- Experience validating RAG systems and knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, containerized environments, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading quality initiatives across teams.
