Quality Assurance Engineer (AI) (Manual and Automation Testing): Improving product quality through end-to-end manual and automated testing, structured test planning, defect tracking, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams with an accent on regression coverage, user workflow validation, and AI-assisted test generation. Focus on building basic automation with Selenium or Playwright, testing AI-powered applications, and identifying edge cases across product releases.

What you will do
- Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across product features.
- Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
- Conduct regression, sanity, functional, and exploratory testing.
- Validate user workflows, UI/UX, functionality, and edge cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams during development and release cycles.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Cowork in testing workflows.
- Basic understanding of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium using Java and/or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience testing AI-powered applications, chatbots, or conversational interfaces.
- Exposure to API testing and Postman.
