Inbound Logistics Manager

Location: United States; fully remote with approximately 15% travel, including quarterly visits to fulfillment centers

Salary: $116,200–$139,400 annually, plus target bonus and competitive equity

What you will do

• Own inbound on-time delivery performance and transportation costs for domestic and international vendor shipments to both fulfillment centers.
• Lead carrier relationships, contract negotiations with Procurement, and quarterly business reviews across LTL, TL, Intermodal, Ocean, and Air freight.
• Validate freight invoices, audit carrier charges, and manage transportation chargebacks.
• Run the vendor portal for shipment visibility and partner with Vendor Compliance on lead times and delivery accountability.
• Coordinate purchase order ETAs and delivery windows with Planning and Buying.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define metrics and replace spreadsheet tracking with dashboards and automated workflows.

Requirements

• Deep international trade experience across ocean and air freight, including customs documentation and trade compliance.
• Proven carrier negotiation experience across LTL, TL, Intermodal, Ocean, and Air, including contract terms and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience improving underperforming on-time delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, carrier portals, invoice auditing tools, and appointment scheduling systems.
• Ability to build data views in Sigma, Snowflake, or equivalent tools and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in the United States; approximately 15% travel is required.
