Supply Chain Manager (Customization)

Location: Remote

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Support negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain across production, quality, warehousing, and transportation.
• Resolve operational issues with contract manufacturing and packaging partners.
• Lead weekly business performance reviews, identify gaps through data analysis, and track KPIs such as order fulfillment and quality.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and launch activities for new products.
• Drive process improvements and apply structured problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in consumer-packaged goods; beverage experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment.
• Ability to develop timelines, organize assignments, set priorities, and execute plans with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google platforms, Salesforce, and other industry CRM tools.
• Ability to work across departments and collaborate effectively with external partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing systems.
• Six Sigma Lean experience.
• Experience implementing AI and automation tools.
• Willingness to travel significantly, potentially up to 50%.
