Senior Manager, Corporate Services Sourcing

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Denver, Boston, Austin, Atlanta, and Miami.

Salary: $157,800–$232,000 USD base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead a Corporate Services Sourcing team of four, including three direct reports.
• Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including data gathering, RFx development, proposal evaluation, supplier negotiations, awards, and contracting.
• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies across professional services, security, facilities, workplace services, BPO, HR, recruitment, contingent workforce, and related categories.
• Manage supplier ecosystems, performance, spend, savings targets, market trends, and value delivery across categories and regions.
• Use total cost of ownership modeling, value engineering, demand optimization, and specification optimization to improve commercial outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders and the Deliveroo and Wolt sourcing teams to create global synergies and support procurement transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Services Sourcing.
• People management experience and readiness to lead a team of four.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies in technology or similarly high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, contract structure, business partnering, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Expertise in total cost of ownership modeling, quantitative cost analysis, change management, and consensus building.
• Proficiency with procurement tools such as Coupa, Zip, and contract lifecycle management solutions; enthusiasm for AI.
